It depends on what plan you hold and with what provider. If your on matching provider as me, and on the same plan as me, next you wouldn't have any long distance charges. If your discussion about the cell phone, it depends on the cell phone plan they own. If they have an unlimited box for incoming and outgoing calls, next no. If they don't, then it would cost them minutes if they are on a national plan. However, if they hold a curtain type of plan from a curtain carrier they could join you to their plan and it wouldn't cost them minutes.
