Do the empire answering a calling card catch charged? If I buy an international calling card to call
If I buy an international calling card to call someone within Europe, I know that the minutes on my card get knock off, but will the being who answers the phone get billed for an international appointment?

Hello. The answer to your question is, No. The minutes come bad of the card that you have purchased. If you call upon from your cell phone you will use your allowed minutes (plan minutes), and then settle the rate advertised where on earth you purchased the phone card. You can search Yahoo for (phone cards), and select from accurate companies. I use two that I have be satisfied.
No, who told you this? no!!
unquestionably.. no...
Usually no they would not, but that also depends on what type of calling card you are using and what their restrictions are. Always go next to a well agreed calling card company. Most of the big names are rather more versatile and easier to use. Heres a few, this may abet. I think Pingo is the best choice but that is to say my personal opinion.
