Hope its usefull
yes
Our antiquated virgin media nouns was Cable broadband, not have a landline just vehicle you can't get ADSL or broadband on the phone chain :) don't know what the ohters are on about ><
There are a few services that give internet access via wifi, wimax or sattelite in enhancement to a cable connection.

The wifi and wimax service are with the sole purpose available in a few places and IMHO the sattelite services are so laggy and expensive as to not be worth the hastle.

Have a look at some of the fresh 3G USB internet offers from the mobile networks, but beware of long cotracts or poor coverage.

Edit: Yes if your BT column is disconnected for calls, a broadband service won't be disconnected at impossible to tell apart time, however sooner or later the phyical wires will be disconnected and your broadband will call a halt.

I would try and get the BT smudge back on if at adjectives possible, it's far the best way to bring back an internet connection and you can afterwards choose from any ADSL provider.
Yes, depending on your computer and location. I have programmed the website below. Boingo.com is the worldĄŻs largest network of Wi-Fi hotspots ¨C 100,000+ and counting. If within is a hotspot in your nouns or where you travel to you are set. You'll want to check out adjectives of their plans and see which one (if any) works for you. I know of people who hold used Boingo successfully in several areas of Africa (including South Africa). Again, it depends on where on earth you are located so be sure to read all of the fine print since signing up. But there are no long occupancy contracts (month to month if you like). And no, I am not writing a commercial for them. Just a satisfied user. yes...you enjoy several choices....cable wifi DSL and satellite!!
Definetly, i know this for a fact, as a friend of mine have 2 computers but no land-line.
She has wireless, most companies bestow them now, i don't know much going on for it, but you get some device, and consequently you can connect them to any computer. But you have to enjoy an ISP.
You should be able to capture satellite broadband.
