I have to conduct some interviews over the phone next to people within Singapore. Can anyone recommend a method to call them to be exact relatively cheap but still of good talent.
Has anyone used phone cards to call internationally? Are they apt quality reception?

But in a minute I use (and recommend) VoIP methods, such as Skype or Vonage. If it's for one specific call, savacall or skype will be your best bet.
