I did try to charge my ipod but it still will not turn on its not locked i dont know whats wrong near it??

you involve to restart it, put your ipod on hold that take it past its sell-by date then press the menu and play button at indistinguishable time. That should restart it and then it should work.
try holding menu and the circle that will reset it
this wont erase any of your stuff it will purely show the apple then turn on it works for my resourceful i pod video i dont know if it works on the other kinds
Connect your ipod into ur computer and when itunes pops up, your ipod should too. lower than your ipod tab where it have all the summary stuff, press restore. All of your content will be erased so build sure it's backed up or save to your computer. I had like problem, hold the menu button for 8 seconds
try holding the center button and the menu at impossible to tell apart time! for five seconds.
plug it into your computer and then unplug it
