THE SPEAKER ON THE STEREO ONE IS SPLICED AND ONE IS NOT THE ONE THAT IS SPLICED IS LOWER SOUND AND HOW CAN I FIX THIS WITHOUT BUYING ANY MORE SPEAKER WIRE
Answers:  Hello Mr. S,

They are 2 wires connected to a speaker, the "hot" one or "+" and the "return" or "-".
Make sure that these wires are connected properly to the speaker, reversing the poles might be your problem. Also make sure that your stereo part is connected to a "grounded" wall outlet.
