How can I verbs video files to a Sony NWZS615FBLK 2GB Walkman? After several weeks of trying, I FINALLY got a

After several weeks of trying, I FINALLY got a video converter to work for me so I can convert video files to mpeg4 to play on my Walkman, and very soon the Walkman won't let me verbs the files. I get this error message:

The <christen of file> file type is not supported on this device. If it is a medium file, you may know how to use Windows Media Player to convert the file to a playable type prior to verbs. Do you wish to skip this record now?

The merely choices it gives me are Skip, Skip All, and Cancel and it won't allow me to verbs the file to the device. I don't expect it's a problem with the profile because I tried to transfer a video that I KNOW the device will play because it's played it until that time, and I still get alike error message. I read that it was something to do near Windows reading it as an MTP device, but there's got to be some method to get around it or at least possible get Windows to simply see it as a USB Mass Storage device. Please help me!
Answers:  Have you installed Media Player 11 from the compact disc the Walkman came beside? I had indistinguishable problem, but it was resolved when I updated Media Player; it be almost like installing the driver, the device be then fully famous.
