A correction to what Darjohn said: you can use Real Player to download videos not rip them to Zune. You will entail the Zune software to sync the videos to your Zune.
You can try http://www.youtube.com , http://www.limewire.com , http://video.google.com to get free video. But only mov, wmv, mp4 is the zune supported format, so if you bring back other format videos, you should use a third division software to convert it to zune. I always use Cucusoft Zune Video Converter Suite, it can rip protected DVD movie and convert adjectives popular video formats to Zune with swift speed and high output feature.

I have a connection below which will get you the software and you can sign up for the ZUNE bazaar while you are there.
