If I jailbreak ipod touch, can it still be covered by warranty? If I jailbreak my ipod touch and some reason

If I jailbreak my ipod touch and some reason I inevitability to send it for repair, is here a way that I can delete 'jailbreak', so that Apple can't find out that I jailbroken it? so that it can be covered by warranty.
Also, I get january update last week, if I delete jailbreak, would it also erase the update as very well?
Answers:
yes jailbreaking the ipod touch will null and void the warrenty!
I SHOULD KNOW I MESSED UP MY Ipod!
it is still covered by warranty.
it will not erase the update

how do u jailbreak and wot is it...hacking into it? Cmon, first poster...you think Apple's gonna cover a hack? You cancelled your warranty by Jailbreaking it.

But if you restore your iPod Touch using iTunes to factory settings before you distribute it to Apple, then they'll never know.

The update should stay on your computer if you bought it through iTunes.
I get a free iPod Video from this site, and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to buy an iPod. Why pay for something you can receive for free, right?
Yes, it will blankness your warranty. The way to seize your warranty back if simply by restoring or force restoring, any way, which indeed will "delete" the jailbreak.

So you plan you bought the January application? Well, when you jailbreak those applications will be gone, but you get them wager on for free don't worry. You HAVE to check out this site, it will oblige a lot. You will even swot up about Ziphone (if you haven't already hear about it) I haven't done it all the same, I don't see a point.
