Can i download apps on my computer and put onto my iPod Touch? I just jailbroke my Ipod Touch and i dont

I just jailbroke my Ipod Touch and i dont own a wireless connection and i wont be in range of one for a few days.
And noticeably, im keen to enjoy a squizz on whats to offer.

I be wondering if its possible to download applications and somehow copy them onto my pod instead of having to continue a few days.

Also, with the ZiPhone 3 how it have an embedded Apps Installed on the key screen. Is that roughly all you entail to get any or atleast, most cool apps for you pod. Especially Pocket Guitar?

Thanks for your time..

Cheers!

You can! You enjoy to have to hold CuteFTP or WinSCP and then you can do what ever you want. I put applications from my computer on my touch using CuteFTP. If you entail help using it look on youtube thats where on earth i learned :D
Thanks for the Best Answer.
The other guy is WRONG. Without a wireless nouns, I don't think it's possible, as you can't see everything when you connect it to the computer or through iTunes. If you could achieve the iPod and the computer on the same gridiron, you could connect to the iPod via a secure FTP session and copy files to it that path. But it would have to be on a lattice - which at that point you might as well only get the apps from the Installer app anyways. And the Installer app you should see is where on earth you'll get the rest of the apps from.
