i've read somewhere that TVXQ (aka DBSK) is in the Guinness Book of World Records 2008 for have the largest fanbase in the world. But when I get my hands on The Guinness Book of World Records 2008, I couldn't find them surrounded by it. Could anybody plz tell me what page they're on?
Or are they surrounded by the 2009 book?

Answers: according to the discussion portion of wikipedia -
"people tested the cellphone service "Textperts" advertise on the Guinness website as being competent to provide all transcription questions for UK residents. If the record is definite, it would be in the 2009 edition because the 2008 edition be already released in 2007, until that time rumors for the record come out. There hasn't been an leader confirmation on the Guinness website, though, so I wouldn't believe the rumors just all the same.
