Yesterday, my iPod worked just fine. When I go to turn it on today, it said August 25, 2005 and iPod Diagnostics. When I plug it into my computer, nothing happen. What can I do to fix this?

If holding those buttons didn't help than you own to take it subsidise to the store because my brother's ipod did the same entry What you can do is reset it. Hold down the play button and the menu button, then lock it. If that doesn't work try the menu, play and the middle button after lock it. If it is a different problem, go to a local Apple store.
