first you have to enjoy for example ares downloads, or something that downloads music.
on ares, after the songs finish downloading, you need to the part of a set at the top where it say transfer. press it, next press clear idle when they are green, but you enjoy to make sure you own a folder of ares downloads, that you make for it, adjectives the music will go onto their. after that you hold to get a plug for the computer, that fits to your mp3 player. you plug it within, a folder will pop up, then shift to ares downloads, copy and paste them into the mp3 player folder, undamagingly remove the plug with this piece at the bottom right hand corner, beside a green arrow, click it, safely remove lone the mp3 player one, and unplug it, and all your music will be on nearby.

if u use i tunes for the music newly put all of the songs u qant onto a playlist after when you plug it in check that playlist and press sync and for a downloader use sharraza it is vigorous and free and u can chose where the songs be in motion. do not download limewire it puts so much crap on your computer...i use utorrent..

dig out for what you want and click download torrent
that will bring up utorrent and start downloading
