1)If you download from itunes yes. But in that are many sites available where on earth you can download the songs for free.
2)Check out itunes for the rates. You can install any movies you have(dvd or stored in your pc-provided you convert them contained by .mp4 format using a converter)

When you buy a movie, it can be $10 or $15, and you will keep it forever unless you erase it. Buying a song and after buying the music video for the song are two different things. When you buy a song it's $0.99. You will have the song forever because very soon you own it. When you decide to buy a music video even if you already own the song it's give or take a few $2.00. Buying movies is a little different because you can any buy or rent from iTunes. To buy a movie is usually from $10-$17. This you will own. To rent it's about $3.00. But I strongly suggest that if you opt to buy (movies,music videos,songs) you should obtain an external hard drive. That track you can save adjectives your things you bought on it and you'll never lose it. Even if your computer goes down and you lose everything on it you can other replace it from your external hard drive. Trust me it's not fun to lose the things you already payed for.
