Theres a little bell thingy subsequent to the price tab. and its on some of the songs I want to buy. What do they mean?

It's just letting you know that a distinctive song is available as a ringtone for iPhone. Just click buy this song and you'll be ok
The bell funds that you can purchase the song as a ringtone as well... if you hold an iPhone. They are the ringtone sign for the iphone. If you don't hold an iphone, then don't click the bell. Just download the song close to you normally would.
