My ipod touch is frozen it wont let me do anything its overheating resembling a computer would when it crashes and it still says its not turning of i cant do anything to it and when i put contained by my head phones the music is adjectives scrwed up!!

Hold the wake and menu buttons (the button at the top, and the button within the front at the bottom) for several seconds, the blind should flicker and the the apple logo should pop up on a black background. That should reset it. Hold the HOME & SLEEP button till it goes rotten then consent to the SLEEP button go but not the HOME button afterwards connect to itunes and press RESTORE IPOD

Make sure u charge it and leave it bad for some time and let the gaged cool down after that try varying your earphone as the headphones must have get screwed up because of the high heat of ur ipod
