I'd wait, but I wouldn't grasp the 4Gb. I don't understand why they hold a video iPod with such a small space to hold music and video.
Unless you resembling how small it is and the different colors, I'd go for a bigger iPod...one that have more Gigs. I have the 30Gb and those are one and only like $250 presently. So, if you want to use it for the video, wait somewhat longer, save a short time more, and get one that holds more items...you won't regret it...especially surrounded by the long run when you continue to append things.
i deliberate you should wait till a unmarked one comes out so the one you want right now will progress lower in prices.

I'd get a used one if it's your first time. Like the 80gb Video (not Classic) can usually be found for smaller amount than $100.
Then when you're ready to seize a new one, you own more money to do so, and if you don't like it you won't spent as much on it.
You probably will similar to it but just surrounded by case.
BTW: Bek is incorrect. The 80gb Classic costs $249, and the 160 gb one is $349. they come out next to new ones adjectives the time...if you'll be happy next to the features of an ipod that's out now, later get it. if you cogitate you'll want one with more gadget then dawdle, it'll probably come out soon...personally i'm not even a big hanger-on of ipods, mine always malfunction on me (dial stops working, it freezes, etc) and i bought an ihome clock radio and after about a year, it stopped working, so i have to get another one...bottom row: don't break your bank for an ipod, and acquire one you'll be content with, there's other gonna be a new one coming out.
