I don't really know, but I am assuming that as far as downloading songs dance, it's easier to use an ipod because it works better with itunes.

None really. iPods are known for their simplicity. It is so straightforward to use the iPod+iTunes. And it's been around since 2001, so in that less problems. But right in a minute, I believe the Zune is better. It's young, singular a year old, but soon they will attain the bugs worked out. It's a really great device, and I'd love to see it really take rotten.
Ipods are intensely durable and they are dependable. Be smart and invest in an ipod you will be delighted you did! I prefer my iPod over my Zen because it is more user friendly, feel more substantial in my hand, has better controls. The one and only reason I purchased my Zen is because I listen to audio books more than I listen to music and if you download from the library's website, it comes surrounded by a format that my iPod will not accept, but the Zen does. I get my Zen for $25 off eBay, and with the sole purpose use it for the downloads form the library...my iPod has everything else.
