i read out, sell it and relay your parents you had it stolen at academy. That way it wasnt your shortcoming, it wasnt a waste of money, and you will own extra cash (possibly to give an account your parents you hae saved up some money in the past and you are willing to put it for the up to date iPod. (by the way, travel for the 32GB model)

:D no. unless you have a warranty to be precise still good after you could take it spinal column but if they can tell it be purposely broken (like you can't say you dropped it, it have to be normal wear and crack [or so they say]) then you could upgrade perchance. depends where you get it from. but i'm assuming if you break it and then ask your parents to buy you a touch they're gonna be resembling yea right
