How do I verbs the songs on my i-pod to Cd's? I need to know this cuz my i-pod nano

I need to know this cuz my i-pod nano is getting full!

Answers: Put a blank disc in the drive and when you are on iTunes at the bottom right it say's burn disc and click that. If it doesn't read out that the try clicking on some of your playlist's.
Then just follow the step-by-step wizard.
Make sure the disc is blank though
