When I want to preview a video on the itunes store, or just want to play a video within my own itunes library, no sound plays.
My speakers work, my computer is not on mute, and adjectives other sounds work. Help?

I had duplicate problem. Quicktime 7.4.1 is the answer. Hello,

This is a bug with itune 7.6 and Quick time 7.4 on Windows XP. (if that's what you have)

Update QuickTime to revision 7.4.1 to resolve this issue:
