I haven't been competent to figure out how to, and I've have mine for a while. you could always ask the zune forums. you can attain an answer to anything about it here :-)
i dont think so No because your Zune looks to the collection for the music. If you have the music lone on the zune and not in the collection you can create a quicklist.
