Hi.
I have a 1GB sansa sandisk MP3 player i bought from best buy.
i did buy warrenty, and it expires November 2008.

It wont turn on, it dosnt repsond etc.

ring best buy
I dont believe you may do that, the warranty only allows u to get hold of the same one. You can go to the store or send for 1-866-BESTBUY. If you go to the store you can exchange it out and buy the ipod and take-home pay the difference. You will have to buy a contemporary PRP on the ipod or PSP depending on what ipod you get. If you ring up the number, they will send you some stuff to transport in your mp3 player and next they will send you a store credit that you can if truth be told use on anything.
