At the top, click on Store > Authorize Computer. Here's a pic:

If you're already on the computer you aspiration to authorize with your iTunes picture and open iTunes.
On the top of your Screen - not on the iTunes eyeshade - click on "Store".
Click on "Authorize Computer" then write your explanation information (your Apple ID and Password).
Voil¨˘! You've authorized the computer!
