it depands on the size of the video, usually each video will be 5 mb, so thus calculatiing 2 GB divided by 5 MB we obtain 400 video songs i am telling you roughly that means, 2000 minutes of full length video can be stored.
Handbrake is a great DVD ripper and I believe it should be able to rip to a PSP friendly directory (Last I remember files that work on the iPod also work on the PSP). It depends on the power and length of the videos.
I have a 1 GB memory card for my PSP and I believe I could fit 4-8 hours on it depending on the compression.
