The latest firmware copy I see is 4.10 and people enjoy told be the text reader comes near version 4.06. I enjoy version 3.09 and I tried to upgrade to 4.10. I put the database onto the mp3 and when I turned it on it said "update failed."

I was wondering if what this mp3 player is resembling. It says it have bluetooth capability so i be wondering if it was compatible beside bluetooth enabled cell phones. lists "O files". It used to work faultlessly until my son "reformatted" my hard-drive. What's even more confusing is that my San Disk m230 (512 MB) still works fine! Thanks.

Sansa c250 from heck! Any counsel?
Ok, i bought a Sansa c250 from Best Buy a couple months ago. Right now I own about over 100 songs on it, but I can longer introduction any more songs. When I try to import a song, it works on my computer ( I use Windows Media Player) but when I disconnect my mp3 from the computer it freezes at re-acquaint yourself with database! I don't know how to fix it. I tried using the software that was provided near the product which was Rhapsody, but like problem occured, it froze at refresh database. Any guidance?
