When I put pictures on my psp, my psp can't reconize my pictures, why is that ?

It might be the wallet format.
The pictures are in the wrong format. Try JPEG.
Are you sure you put it in the PICTURE folder? If so, it also depends on your PSP firmware, if you enjoy updated your PSP up-to-date, then it will most possible to support any picture formats such as .gif, .bmp, .jpeg, .png, etc.
To let you know, you can't judgment .gif pictures on your PSP though but you can by using an offline launcher (its like a small portal). You can try and download it at psponme.com try saving the pictures near a .jpg at the end of the baptize
