i have a blackberry and everytime i try to transport a text message it say protocol error or unsubscribed user.. but when someone texts me i cant reply subsidise?

Try a hard reset to open with: remove the mobile from the device (while it is still powered on) for about 30 second, then reinsert.
If that still doesn't work contact your wireless provider and enjoy them check your account. Call your cellular service provider and they will either reset your phone for you. OR they will tramp you through trying to fix it. IF that is not it consequently I would request they send you a investigational phone if you have headset insurance.
