If I convert a CSO hobby to ISO, will it be running at full speed on my PSP? Also, UMDGen does this, right?

Answers: no, you have it backwards. the CSO is the compressed wallet and the ISO is the full speed game. and CSO's run soo much slower than ISO's . idk if UMDgen does that
