Is there a approach to send or hotsync any record into my Palm Z22, the point is that I want to upload a MP3 File into my Palm Z22 to later lintel it to another Device, so is there a track or software that makes this possible?

In opinion, this should be able to be done, the internal memory on the Z22 is simply 32MB gross, not including the built in programs and / or 3rd jamboree software you already have contained by the Z 22.
I don't have a Z 22 but a TX.
You can try using the EXCELLENT freeware utility FileZ:

Download and install.
After running FileZ, you can look for / choose (via drop down memu) a directory you have surrounded by internal memory and use the different methods to send the report to other devices.
The questions is how to gain it into Z22 internal memory. I believe there is Palm software that allows you to use the Palm memory as a flash storage device transferred via the Hot Sync cable.
Perhaps another method to receive the mp3 file into the Z22 is to try to joist it from a laptop with IR know-how to the Z22.
Good luck. near are many ways but you didnt speak you had an SD card, so sick show you the hotsync way
1. install Filez or RescoExplorer on you palm
2. on your notebook, rename the extension or your music file to prc or pdb, (eg music.mp3 rename as music.prc or music.pdb)
3. immediately you can hotsync the file, hotsync it near quickinstall
4. now that its on your palm, unequivocal filez or rescoexplorer, go to push, look for your file and rename it subsidise to music.mp3
5. you can use filez or resco now to roof joist your file
