i have a mac and im trying to put songs into my blackberry pearl and when i connect it to it it have a lot of songs that i put from itunes(j didnt buy them) and when i unhook it it doesnt even show the songs. whats wrong beside it? and how can i put music into it with a mac.
Answers: Now if you are transfering music which you hold downloaded from itunes that will not work. Reason behind specifically blackberry does not support iTunes format (.m4a) infact apple protects their content so much that it will not play on anything that doesnt say iTunes, iPod or iPhone. Now since that format is not supported on the blackberry you will not see those files within the blackberry. You can only play .mp3 files on your blackberry for music and I doubt that you are allowed to convert iTunes music into any format and pretty sure the just way to do that would be to diary it during real time playback.
