Answers:  You shouldn't have to reinstall the OS. It should be within ROM. To restore it to the way it be out of the box, you need to do a sturdy reset. Usually a hard reset is done by pressing the reset button, and the power button at indistinguishable time. This will make it so that you lose EVERYTHING on the part. Just like it come out of the box when you got it. Just manufacture sure you do a backup before you attempt the complex reset.

If that doesn't work to cause a not easy reset, you will have to read your instruction manual.
