I just bought a blackberry curve 8310 from america and I stipulation to set up smart dialing so I don't have to donate the area code respectively time I dial in australia. The instructions I've found read out:
1. In the phone, press the Menu key.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Smart Dialing.
4. Set the Country Code and Area Code field.
5. In the National Number Length field, set the defaulting length for phone numbers in your country.
6. Press the Menu switch.
7. Press save.
When i'm on the crucial menu & click options smart dialing doesn't appear. Can anyone serve me?

From the foremost screen, click the Green phone button, Next, click the menu button (the button subsequent to the trackball) Then scroll down and select "Options", then you will see the Smart Dialing. You have to fashion sure you are in the Phone Module, not on the home peak.
