MP_ROOT near in that folder this folder 100mnv01 beside all my mp4 video:
and last surrounded by the PSP folder it has surrounded by it: common folder,team game folder,music folder, photo folder, savedata folder, and system folder.
my firend sayd to put in the PSP folder the word VIDEOS contained by caps and put the video in near but there not showing up.

PSPvideo9 is the solution, it will convert videos, generate previews for psp and will serve you move videos into the right folder.
It won't work... You need a program to convert the video and place them in near. firmware determines what folder you put them within.
if they arent named correctly they wont show up
naming them is dependent on what firmware you enjoy
if the videos format is incorrect (not of late extension.. size, dimensions, fps) it will not show up.
video format is dependent on what firmware youre on
so theres a start. ask a new sound out and give us some information to work next to.

what did you name the video
how tons frames per second is the video
