Have you being competent to watch the video's on your computer, except then that probably system that the file is corrupt what copy is your psp...

try putting the video in another folder call video. the folder might not be there because you might not enjoy an updated psp. if that doesnt work either the video is not surrounded by mp4 format. try using this software http://www.download.com/PSP-Video-9/3000...
it converts videos to the format that adjectives psp reads. dont verbs its free. if you have anymore question. PM me

EDIT: so you have a 3.93 performance. there should be a VIDEO folder. try moving the video contained by that folder and see if it works. if it doesnt download the software i told you and transcode the video. when its finished go to copy and trade name sure your psp is in usb mode. near sholud be two boxes. one that says my computer and another that say my psp. drag the file that say M4V------(----- are numbers that are different for each video)and move it to the side that say my psp. when finished you are done. just exit usb mode and walk to videos and it should be at hand.

You're putting the record in the right directory, but what you may be getting wrong is the naming convention.

PSP video files must own a certain naming convention (with corresponding thumbnail) to work on a PSP. PSP video generally beging beside something like "M4V000..." near the last numbers self the unique database name.

Also, take home sure your video file have a .mp4 extension.
