one and only way near firmware 3.90 is to purchase a pandora battery ( ebay, or scour on google for datel tool) these downgrade psps or upgrade them to customfirmware, another method is if you have a friend beside a cfw psp, barrow theirs and download the pandora gui, and make your own pandora mobile ouch! that's a pretty hard journal to hack. ur best choice is to use pandora's battery and a illusion memory stick.
