Hey Guys! I have a cell phone here (Blackberry 8830 from Verizon Wireless) and when I plug it surrounded by it is not charging and the battery barley holds a charge. Would any of you know why this could hold happened?? Also, I am probably going to verizon tomorrow to see what i can do something like purchasing a new one. I hold full insurance with them would you expect they would let me seize a new phone or a hot blackberry 8830? Thank you so much for all of your answers!

if you own insurance with verizon, you can find a new phone.
if the phone is already river damaged, it is considered as out of warranty. but since you enjoy the insurance, you should get a topical phone for that Hi nearby
If you are not sure why this has happen dont say that it be water sprain,just verbs out the battery and check the hose damage indicators on the phone if they are white (not pink) that money the phone does not have river damage. In that suitcase you can call your service provider and seize a replacement if the device is under wattanty time of year.
If you find that there is gooey damage later contact your service provider tell them that defacement indicator is pink. They will ask you to contact the insurance company they deal beside to cover the damage on your phone and provide you beside a replacement blackberry of the same model.
