Once a PalmOne handheld go discouraging is within any mode of retreiving the information stored on it? I have a Tungsten E2, PalmOne that have gone

I have a Tungsten E2, PalmOne that have gone bad. It will no longer turn on regardless of the method. I own tried the soft reset, charging it, hitting it...but nothing. I don't want a sturdy reset because I need adjectives of the information that is surrounded by the palm. According to the company there is no instrument possible to retreive this information. So...I will ask you guys and gals...Is there any course to retreive this information?
Answers:  Hopefully, you've synced it at least once beside a computer? So all information is not lost.

However, it sounds close to you may have battery-operated power problems so try this first, hopefully, this will charge the E2 correctly / fully and allow you to turn it on.

Go to the 4th reset down "In Cradle Reset". This will sync the charging circuit with the internal battery-operated so cradle / cable can charge the battery fully again. Also use the power pack from the wall and not the USB cable computer cable as power from the PC is not as "good" (500ma when the computer is on, but may drop to "100ma" when the computer go to sleep and really not enough to revive/recharge a battery) as directly from the power brick connected to wall power.

Even though this method is scheduled for certain Palm models, this have worked with great nouns for almost all Palms next to rechargeable batteries as I attain feedback from owners of various Palm models near LiOn batteries.

I've intuitively used this to reset / revive my Handspring Prism batteries.

Good luck.
