Answers: what do you mean, 'a code'?
It could be a parental control or something...
Some players (eg. PlayStation 3) will consent to you use a PIN code to restrict what people on the system are watching, using the rating of the Blu-Ray disc.
If it's this, and you reckon you might have accidntally set it yourself, after it should be something like 0000 or 1234, but its switched stale by default.
