i know you have to turn the power on the rf out on the sky box ive tried services 4 0 and 1 but it wont run into the menu to turn it on any ideas please

Answers:  At the sky box, press Services, afterwards press 4, then type within 0 1 select, then press 4. Make sure the RF 2 Power is switched ON.
