DirectTV reveiver problems...? I went to Utah final weekend from saturday till
I went to Utah final weekend from saturday till Sunday night.
When I come back my t.v wasnt getting any signal..close to the whole ants on the eyeshade thing. Its be a week and ive tried everything from unplugging the wires and replugging them in,to the integral hold the reset button for 15 seconds. The reciever is on and working. it turns on and stale. but its like its not hooked up to the t.v even though it is. yes I did cart out the access card but that was after it wasnt working...and No I havnt call DirecTV yet. My mom say she'll do it but im really annoyed and I just want it fixed presently...So does anyone have any notion why its doing this and what I can do?

Go to settings and check your signal strength. It could be that the dish is out of alignment.
weeder First you should check to make sure you hold the TV on the correct input. If that is not the problem, try connecting the heir to the TV with different type (or new) cable. If you own another TV in the house, you could try to connect that heir to it. If it works on that TV, then its not a problem near the receiver.
