I own TV's that are class B digital unit (FCC). Does that anticipate that they hold digital tuners?

Answers:  FCC certification and the features of the tuner are two separate things.

FCC Class B is usually associated next to commercial grade products, and have nothing to do beside the tuner's specifications whatsoever.

To find out if your TVs have digital tuners within them, you'll have to check their manual. In general, if it's a HDTV that be manufactured within days gone by 2 years, there's a very flawless chance that they the digital tuners surrounded by them. Otherwise, they probably don't.
