Hassle? switching from Virgin Media to Sky - save any money/better service anyone? Have phone/tv/broadband virgin package originally 3 for 30 quid,
Have phone/tv/broadband virgin package originally 3 for 30 quid, but immediately I have movies and extra channel I don't want or watch anymore so presently it's 76 quid a month. I just spoke to Virgin roughly speaking going back to the serious package and they waffle about me not man eligible anymore - despite ads on tv. Sky seem to be offering the 3 for 19 quid, but you need to pay envelope line rental which seem to be 11 quid?
Was it a hassle to switchover, I assume a lot of family went through this after the skyone/virgin barney last year. Before I re-tackle virgin almost downgrading my service again - would like your opinion. Ta.

The cheapest broadband package that I hold found is at

This also comes with a phone column. The reason that it is so cheap is near is NO BT LINE RENTAL to pay over the cost of the broadband (which is really cheap anyway) and they also give away unlimited free call on some packages - WELL WORTH A LOOK! Threaten to leave virgin and they will soon fashion you a good submission. We did that and now we own broadband, the XL TV package and the full phone roll, and V+ for lb46 per month.
If you do go to Sky you own to have a BT flash which they charge lb11 per month. If you don't already have a file you have to recompense BT lb150 to have one put surrounded by!
