Ignore it.
However, do unplug it from the wall, hang around a few seconds and plug it backbone.
Some people saw the message when they have way too masses Timers (more than 35).
You can alway scall Dish of course. It is probably discouraging.
Have you contacted Dish to see if you can get a replacement beneficiary or at least a contemporary hard drive? Give Dish a nickname. I am sure if you talk to the right soul the issue will get resolved.
