Tivo, comcast DVR or AT&T? Which is best and what are the different prices?

Which is best and what are the different prices?
Answers:

We've have TiVo, AT&T (Dish) and Comcast DVRs. TiVo has the easiest interface. We have Dish a long time ago, and switched to DirecTV because at the time, Dish DVR could not record two programs at once. We be very relieved for many years beside our DirecTV Tivo. Unfortunately, DirecTV no longer uses TiVo, so when we switched to a HD TV, we had to gain the DirecTV DVR, which was horrible.

So we switched to Comcast. My guidance is: Stay far, far away from Comcast. The Comcast DVR is actually terrifically nice when it works, but the company itself is awful- the employees are harsh and deceitful and they adjectives tell you something different, plus they angle their prices after a year (despite some CSRs, desperate to get you as a customer, will promise you that they won't tilt their prices- that is a lie). We own had Comcast for 2 months and it's be nothing but problems near the CSRs and the technicians. I cannot count how many hours we've spent on the phone beside them trying to solve problems with the receiver or billing. It took 4 tech visits to carry Comcast installed, and the techs have be back 4 times contained by the two months since then because of problems next to the receiver.

Because of adjectives the aggravation and poor service we've experienced with Comcast (even one of Comcast's techs said Comcast be a horrible company and we should cancel our service and look elsewhere!), we are looking into AT&T, which uses Dish Network DVRs. Their DVR in a minute records two programs at once, but it desires two TVs to do it. I'm not crazy about that- we narrative way more programs than that, but at this point it's the singular alternative.

As far as pricing, AT&T or DirecTV is probably the least expensive- or it will be after Comcast raise your prices in a year. For a stand-alone TiVo component, you have to buy it, which I consider is a few hundred dollars, and then take-home pay a monthly fee (more than your DVR levy with the cable or satellite companies). That's over paying for your cable/satellite.

I hope I've helped you beside your decision. I'm not crazy in the order of any of the choices available, they all hold faults, so we in recent times have to find the company near the least aggravating fault. It will be interesting to read the other replies to this question. Good luck. AT&T
it keeps it prices like peas in a pod. (they have no 6 month promtional submit like comcast)
