sick of the 20 something channels currently offered by charter communications. any plan for them to release more channel in the adjectives? i plan on moving onto Directv's much bigger HD lineup if nothing is surrounded by store for charter.

Washington, D.C. (March 4, 2008) -- Charter Communications COO Michael Lovett says his company's cable service offer more "HD choices" than any other competitor.

By comparison, DIRECTV now provides more than 90 national HD channel while Dish Network offers more than 70 national HD networks.

But Lovett say Charter's On Demand menu, which includes high-def movies and TV shows, gives the cable worker an edge over the telcos and satellite.

"Now next to over a 150 High-Definition viewing options at any given time, we tender our customers more HD choices than any of our competitors," Lovett said in the investors ring. "Our On Demand platform and DVR offering provide the convenience and choice customers.
