Sky HD box.Anyone else have problems? Goes to standby and won't switch posterior on.?

Hi,
unplug the box at the mains and go for a minute. plug back contained by to the mains and resign from alone for at least 2minutes 30seconds. switch final on and all should be ok. Unplug it, wait a minute, plug it surrounded by and hey presto it will work again!!
