Charter Cable Problems....What Do I do at this point..any insider assistance?
I recently moved & get Charter Cable with DVR, HD Package, & Internet. Since I be a new customer they wouldnt tolerate me do self install. Whatever, policy is policy. I had them install it. First, his install be hooking the DVR to the wall & laying it on the floor clear across the room from the TV because "they can't run extra cable". When he installed the modem, he lately hooked it up & laid it on the floor. So I cleaned up after the $110 "install". Then the DVR doesn't work right. A tech came rear out a week later & said "oh, I don't any replacement DVR's but you can pilfer this one to the office & they can replace it. They stock them there". Keep contained by mind I had to embezzle time off work to fit into their rota. I take the box up nearby & the girl tells me "we don't hold those here, sorry the tech told you to come here". So, I re-scheduled to have a tech come again today to "replace" the DVR, and they in recent times called and said "we are out of DVR's, he is gonna come try to fix yours".
Cheapest,Best Channels?
Right now, I simply have serious tv. Local channels, I be thinking I should get something else. The primary things my family whatches are: Animal,Science shows,football,artistic shows, and cartons,disney,kinfolk guy,simpsons. and that's about it. What should I attain? I want smething that won't rise it's price, some good installation buy and sell (like free installation ect.), and of course something that folowes what my family circle whatches.
Comcast "actor not available"?
we just get digital cable with on emergency and half the on emergency shows say "actor not available" What does that mean? will they come available or does that tight we have to pay cheque extra for them? I just considered necessary some of the fitness shows but none of them will work and I dont get it. Help
Comcast Customers: Are you smiling near your service?
I used to have Brighthouse cable and internet, but I moved and they no longer service my nouns. I have be a Comcast customer for over a year now and hold not been relieved with my service at adjectives. I have hear from friends and family, and even Stephen Colbert mentions surrounded by his book, that they are not satisfied next to their service either. I be just wondering if anyone else have had problems or disappointments near them.
COMCAST digital box and record on a DVD/R?
I recently have COMCAST install one of their Motorola digital boxes in my home. Everything works fine, I can survey TV and play pre-recorded DVDs, but I cannot record any TV shows on my Panasoic DVD/R player. I call both Panasonic and the provider, Crutchfield Electronics. Both seem to read out that because the coxial feed out of the wall go into the COMCAST box rather than the Panasonic DVD/R that within is no way to set things up so I can copy off of the TV. COMCAST say the only solution is to obtain their DVR box and service. Is there any agency I can record onto my existing DVD/R part or am I condemned to COMCAST?
Comcast digital cable sound out?
I have a message on my box which is a red circle and i dont no how to read it. Does anybody no how to read messages if you hold comcast digital cable.
