New Sky HD Box arrived yesterday and before calling an cook up to have a look hoping someone could minister to me resolve the problem quickly and painlessly! The box make a whirring tumult at all times, even surrounded by standby mode. The box is especially noisy when recording/watching shows. As powerfully as a loud whirring nouns (most likely the rock-hard drive I know) the box makes what can best be described as a clicking or ticking nouns which can actually be hear from another room! I realise - having an HDD recorder - some din is expected but surely Sky HD boxes are not normally this ear-splitting, as programme watching is really quite annoying near all this framework noise.
Now that HD dvd is almost unconscious what can i do beside my existing HD DVD player?
