Does anyone know if there is a copy protection system of some characteristics located on the movies screened on average Sky movies as I appear to be having problems tape using my new DVD recorder. As I playback record movies they skip forward every so often. Please can someone give a hand.

i'm thinking about getting sky , but it say on their website that i need a headset cable hooked up to it , but all my friends don't hold a telephone cable connected to the set top box so do you really requirement a telephone cable ?? gratitude

SKY HD record difficulty?
I got a latest SKY HD box and service before Christmas '07. All is wonderful until this week - I ask it to dictation something and when I come to watch it I obtain the message that the 'recording failed' due to 'no satellite signal is man received' but meanwhile I was watching another waterway with a watertight picture. So what's happening? Do I obligation to ring SKY Customer 'service'? I'd prefer not to do that - has anyone any counsel for me please?

hi, i currently have a sky subscripstion down contained by my lounge, i installed my own sky box in my bedroom, what i wana know is, im goin to attain a sky multi room subscribstion for my room, will sky just dispatch me a card and thats it or charge me the earth and convey someone out? i will be phoning sky 2moro or wednesday to ask the same cross-question. but while i was on here i thought i would ask if any one have the same item. thanks ben.
Sky plus installation?
I had middle-of-the-road sky and got given a sky plus box, so at the moment I singular have the one cable coming from my dish so I can't keep under surveillance live and record another dike at the same time. I looked into getting the splitter cable to some extent than paying sky to come at install it, but I went up on my roof to own a look at my dish, which I have have for a number of years, and their just appears to be on output with a cable coming out at the moment. Would I have need of a new dish? Do old(er) dishes not work beside sky plus? Thanks in finance

I want to move my lounge around and I want to move my tv and sky box from one side of the room to the other, there is not ample cable to reach at the moment, will I entail to get sky rear legs out or will my novice at DIY husband be capable of attempt it with possibly an extension cable?

Can anyone give me a knit to where I can landscape or download a manual for my Sky+ box please? Can't give the impression of being to find it on teh Sky web site.
Sky+ Multiroom?
When this is installed, the LNB on the minidish is exchanged for a quad LNB. 2 connectors are used for the sky+ box in proclaim to record one conduit whilst watching another. A third is used for 2 receiver box, does that suggest that the 4th connector could be used for another box and if so will sky issue a viewing card for 3rd box?
Sky+ RF Out?
Hi, I have an in-flight input and two rf out's on my sky+ box. One rf out is connected to my TV and the other to another room to stream the sky. My problem is: The picture is fine if there is no mast in the input, but when I do put an mast in the input socket, the picture from the rf out get distorted in the other room and have a lot of interference. Why is this up and how do I solve it? Thank you, John ;)
